ENDUR-O-SEAL is a water borne sealant/preservative that is made especially for concrete structures to solve problems caused when water gets into concrete. Freeze/thaw cycles can break the concrete, and cause spalling.

ENDUR-O-SEAL solves the problems caused by dusting, algae formation, softening, loss of strength, water and other pollutant penetration, saponification (peeling), or simple efflorescence (disintegration).

Concrete

Concrete is a precious and expensive asset that we must protect, nurture, and preserve to reap its cost effective and lasting benefits. Concrete is a man-made construction product made by combining cement (containing lime), sand, gravel, and water.
As concrete cures, the water floats to the top where it hydrates. This process leaves what we call pores in the concrete. Thus, it is comparatively a hollow mass held together with the embedded steel. These pores then set the stage for water and many other pollutants to soak into the concrete, destroying the concrete and corroding the steel.

Waterproofing

When applying ENDUR-O-SEAL products to both sides of your subterranean concrete you have assured a positive and negative seal.
You have stopped "efflorescence" and "saponification" and moisture migration. Waterproofing helps eliminates the formation of bacteria, mildew and musty odors in basement areas. This process is not a replacement for quality air movement within closed in areas such as basements. ENDUR-O-SEAL can be applied to the inside wall also and your local professional representative will inform you of the pros and cons of both sealing methods.

If the moisture on the walls and floors are removed and prevented from coming back, the algae will not return. Endur-O-Seal prevents the moisture from ever appearing again, by setting up a gel-like barrier, thus solving the bacteria problem by keeping the cement sealed.

ENDUR-O-SEAL: A colorless, penetrating product which waterproofs and preserves by causing a chemical reaction in masonry that solidifies all the component parts into one solid mass, which stops seepage through masonry walls and concrete products.
It is not a surface coating, and will in no way change the physical aspects of the present structure. ENDUR-O-SEAL performs its work within the pores of the masonry itself. ENDUR-O-SEAL need only be applied once, as it is permanent. ENDUR-O-SEAL will remove most grease from concrete surfaces, and will prevent future deterioration from normal causes. ENDUR-O-SEAL will end dusting of concrete, and the crumbling of stucco. ENDUR-O-SEAL may be applied to stucco, concrete block and terrazzo. ENDUR-O-SEAL may be applied to non-coated walls or floors when the surface is wet or dry, new or old.
