Where is NCS-2O Negative used?
NCS-2O Negative is truly a multi use product. In
poured concrete it can be used in conjunction with our Hydra Seal and
Hydra Loc sealers to form a 100% seal or it can be used alone for
customers who are under a greater time pressures.
Preparation
All concrete must be clean, raw concrete, no paint or sealers. To
remove algae spray down with a 50/50 mixture of Clorox and tap water. Deck
brush and hose or mop down to rinse. Allow area to semi dry and apply
NCS-2O Negative with a inexpensive low-pressure (garden
type) pump sprayer that you can use for both products.
Application Instructions
APPLICATION FOR FLOORS

| 1. |
Floor must be dry. Allow 10 days of drying time
before this sealer is applied. The sealer will float on water and
will not seal. |
| 2. |
Fill your sprayer with NCS-2O Negative
and apply a wet application to the floors using a left-
right and then up down motion for optimum coverage. Apply only
enough product to create a shiny wet layer of sealer. Product will
penetrate in 7 to 10 minutes. Do not let product puddle, mop up
excess in low place after 10 minutes. |

Apply 2 consecutive wet applications of
NCS-2O Negative 30 to 45 minutes apart while floor is still
damp from the previous application. Use a left-right motion to leave
a shiny wet application of liquid sealer on the surface.
NCS-2O Negative will penetrate the concrete surface in 7 to
10 minutes leaving just a damp looking surface. |

After and between applications clean your sprayer
with clean tap water, run pressurized water through the nozzle. |

APPLICATION FOR WALLS

| 1. |
Fill your sprayer with NCS-2O Negative
and apply a wet application to the walls spraying from the top down
using a left right and then up down motion for optimum coverage.
Apply only enough product so as not to create run-off of the
NCS-2O Negative. A 12 inch sag in the sealer is maximum.
Repeat the application within 30 to 45 minutes. |

Apply 2 consecutive wet applications of
NCS-2O Negative 30 to 45 minutes apart while wall is still
damp from the previous application. Use a left right, up down motion
to leave a shiny wet application of liquid sealer on the surface.
NCS-2O Negative will penetrate the concrete surface
in 5 to 10 minutes leaving just a damp looking surface. Reapply the
second application while the surface is still damp for best results. |

After and between applications clean your sprayer
with clean tap water, run pressurized water through the nozzle. |
Coverage Rates
NCS-2O Negative coverage rates will vary depending on
the porosity of the concrete. The coverage can be greatly reduced with
severe alkali disintegration. The coverage rates below are to be used as a
guideline.
Expect one pail to cover one
applications on 1800 - 2000 square feet.
Expect one pail to cover two
applications on 800 - 1000 square feet.
NOTE: This product has a 45 day shelf life without
the catalyst mixed.
Once the catalyst has been added to the 5 gallon
container, the shelf life is 15 days.
